that rotate and twist the knee such as baseball, tennis and
soccer. Many times an athlete’s foot will get caught
in the turf and be twisted abnormally. In tennis, your body
needs to jump around at a moments notice and an unbalance
knee or non exercised knee can twist and turn causing injury.

take care when slowing your speed from a fast sprint to a
slow jog, this can cause damage in many areas of the knee.
